Our stay at Hard Rock Heaven was an overall fantastic experience, with exceptional staff and delicious food. The rooms were lovely but could have been quieter, especially on weekends. I had an amazing birthday trip at this hotel, where the staff went above and beyond to make me feel special. The room was gorgeous, and I loved the ocean views from the terrace.
